PlayaNica, S.A.

PlayaNica, S.A. is comprised of seven individuals with a variety of backgrounds that range from Consulting, Engineering, Hospitality, and International Marketing to Real Estate Law, Project Management and Sales.

The owners' expertise and multi-national origins (Canada, United States, Germany) provide a breadth of skills that are difficult to match. In addition, several of the principals have called San Juan del Sur their home for many years (both full and part-time). 

PlayaNica, S.A. has a long-standing and successful relationship with Deep Blue Land Development Services, Inc. (Azul Profundo, S.A.), whose owners collectively have over twenty-five years of design and building mandagement in Southern Nicaragua. With a base of 100+ experienced craftsmen to draw from, Deep Blue resources encompass trained personnel from every trade, including: 

• Seven engineering graduates employed as Project Supervisors. 
  
• A senior engineer with almost 40 years of construction experience in Nicaragua.
  
• A team of architects. (Several of whom are architectural instructors at the top Nicaraguan universities such as UNICA, UNI, and U.A.M.) 
  
• An American senior consulting engineer and former President and Founder of one of the largest Geo-Technical firms in the Eastern U.S.A. (PhD, P. Engineering, Queens University, Toronto, Canada).
