Prices start at US $ 22,000 for a Quarter-Share of a fully furnished suite on the First Floor. A Quarter-Share in a spacious top-floor 2-Bedroom suite with an expansive deck overlooking the ocean, is only U.S. $ 86,000. The average price for a Quarter-Share for one of these 9 Condo-Suites is a mere $ 60,200.

Hotel revenue will be dispersed to each Owner on a quarterly basis, i.e. every three months.  Revenue will be shared on a Percentage of Investment basis, and will be based on the total hotel income.  (Example: An investment in a $ 66,000 Quarter-Share will generate triple the revenue that a $ 22,000 Quarter-Share generates)
